Nestled in the picturesque town of Yountville, Tour Napa Sonoma Wines is located in the heart of the Napa Valley Wine Country where some of the oldest wineries in the West are located.
We can provide transportation and chauffeur service to and from all the wine regions of the Napa Valley and its surrounding destinations; For all your wine tasting tour and winery experiences; Dining special and private events; For the day, multiple days, or at an hourly rate.
Tour Napa Sonoma Wines can also provide you with a fully licensed and insured private driver to drive your vehicle or rental "We Drive" Option.
On the days of your reservations, we will pick you up and drop you off at your desired location, ensuring a seamless and stress-free experience for each day of service.
It is important to plan ahead and make your wine tastings and restaurant reservations well in advance. Do not delay. Wineries are no longer as flexible in their sitting capacities as they used to be pre-pandemic. Many wineries no longer accommodate large groups over 6 persons in one sitting. We have a lot of experience in those areas and are happy to assist in creating a personalized itinerary according to your tastes and needs. We do not charge for that added service.

Pick-up and Drop-off address must be the same. Any Vehicle cannot exceed 26,000LBS Gross Vehicle Weight rating (GVWR).

Overtime is based on the original hourly rate assessed in quarters of an hour. All bookings will include PUC/DMV/ADMIN Fees of 7.75% and a Minimum base Fuel Charge of $45.00/day, or a Minimum EV charging fee of $25.00/day. There is a $20/day destination fee added to the "We Drive" option. For pick up and/or drop off outside of a 35 miles radius from our location in Yountville, including the "We Drive options", an additional fuel Surcharge or destination fee for added distance, bridge tolls where applicable, will be added. There is a 4% Bank processing fees added to all credit card transactions.
Deposit/Refund Policy:
A $150 deposit is collected up front to hold your dates (refundable up to 7 days before the date of service to be rendered). The remainder of your balance can be paid at any time up to the due date or 7 days prior to the first day of service on your reservation. If payment in full is not received by your due date, your reservation may be cancelled. There is no refund within 7 days of the first day of service. However, depending on the circumstances surrounding the cancellation, a credit can be issued for use at a later date (rebooking based on availability ~ Non transferrable). There is no refund for using less than the 8 hours scheduled with the Full Day Package.
Liability Policy:
The client is responsible for his/her guests in every regard to the reservation agreement. Client assumes full financial responsibility for any damages to our vehicles or property caused by the client or party whether by accident, neglect or intent. EXCESSIVE CLEANING FEE FOR ANY VOMIT/BODILY FLUIDS IS $500 MINIMUM PLUS LOSS OF REVENUES AND REPAIRS. Clients assume responsibility for any overtime fees and authorizes credit card charges to be made for these costs, or any others due and not collected at the end of the service. Tour Napa Sonoma Wines, LLC and its drivers assume no responsibility for any articles left in the vehicle at any time and reserve the right to refuse service to any one. Driver may terminate the service without refund should he/she deems client or party unruly or violating the safe operation of the vehicle. Tour Napa Sonoma Wines, LLC assumes no responsibility for illegal acts of client or party during the service provided. Tour Napa Sonoma Wine, LLC cannot be held responsible for delays, or inconveniences due to traffic, unforeseen mechanical failures or situations deemed an "Act of God". We reserve the right to substitute vehicles and drivers as situations require. Your acceptance of the services by making a reservation for the same services there in listed in the email confirmation of your reservation confirms your understanding and acceptance of our liability policy and the accuracy of your reservation.
